It is being held locally at Jarman Park track in Hemel Hempstead, HP2 4JW.
 
ALL club members (Y6 to Y11) are invited to take part in up to 3 events (although we do need to know who is coming and who isn’t); as with all EYAL matches the team will include scoring and non-scoring competitors, so everyone (paid up members) is welcome to come along and compete for the club at
this match.

Please let Tim Higman or Chris James know whether or not you intend to compete for the club in  this match - ASAP

The majority of us intend to meet up as a team at Jarman Park track on Sunday morning by 11.00am; the 1st events starts at 11:45 with Relays being the last events at appx 17:00. I do appreciate some of you will have other commitments on the day and will turn up closer to the time of your event(s) – this is OK as long as you make me aware.
 
Those who need to leave early for other commitments on the day, please let Tim or Chris know in case changes need to be made to the schedule of who’s doing which event.
 
Do spread the word when you see and talk to other club members (we want to encourage as many kids as possible to take part).

Saturday 4th May is the 1st date of our YDL U13/U15s team match. This is being held over at Perivale track - Ruislip Rd, Greenford, Middlesex UB6 9BG.

We need to try and select our best 2 athletes (who are available) so knowing who is interested and can make this date will help us start this selection.

Club members (Y6 to Y9) are invited to put their names forward ASAP either by contacting myself or Tim in person, phone or by e-mail at  t&f_coaches@staac.org.uk or letting one of the other club coaches know which events you’re happy to do.

Up to three events can be entered by each athlete with an “A” and a “B” string in each event – no non-scoring competitors in this league.

We are meeting at Westminster Lodge this Saturday (yes Saturday) at 09.30am. Relays
will be the last events at appx 17:00. 

We want to try and all meet up, as a team, at the venue by 10.30am (if possible) in order to confirm events, hand out numbers etc. Those who need to leave early for other commitments on the day, please let Chris know in case changes need to be made to the schedule of who’s doing which event.

Please let your fellow club members who are eligible about that match, in case they wish to take part.

If your name is listed it is important that you let us know whether or not you can make the team As Soon as you can – if your name is not listed and you are interested in competing in this match, please do still
let me know if you can make it as we want to try and cover as many events as possible even if availability means its not our two top ranked athletes in the event.

Monday 6th May, Ridlins Track, Stevenage - 9.30am start
- 1500m all age groups (except U13 Boys and Girls)
- U13 Boys and Girls - all Track & Field events (but not 1500m)
Paper entry only for these events with Deadline Friday 26th April.
Entry fee £4 per event.

Saturday 25th May, Woodside Stadium, Watford - 9.30am start
- 1500m - U13 Boys and Girls only
- All Track and Field events (other than 1500m) for all age groups (except U13 Boys and Girls)
On-line entry form for these events with on-line entry Deadline Monday 13th May.
Entry fee £4 per event. You will need your EA registration number.
