St Albans Athletics Club

This Saturday will be our joint home fixture with the Striders. Will be great to have the home advantage and really show the other teams what great clubs we are. Everyone is welcome to run and offer support. We will be putting the tents up at 9.30 with the first race starting as usual at 11.30. All the details on chilternccl.co.uk . Meet by our flag an hour if possible before your race. Spikes will be an advantage, if you need to borrow let me know any other questions email me or see me at the track. Lets hope for good weather. Remember also we have opened up the Sea Cadet hut for refreshments

St Albans Striders and St Albans Athletics Club are co-hosting the third fixture at Verulamium Park, St Albans on Saturday 3rd Dec 2011.
We urgently need volunteers for setup and marshalling. If you are able to help out please e-mail Peter Blackaller at marshals@stalbansstriders.com.

The St Albans Athletics Club Presentation evening has now been scheduled for Friday 13th January 2012 from 7.30pm at Verulam School main hall.
Please put this date in your diary. We would like to see as many of the members (and families) attend this event as possible.

This Saturday it's  the second league fixture at Cassiobury park. Not too much of a challenging course so lets see all of you out  there running. If you try and arrive 1 hr before your race we can sort out  numbers
course and warm up. When you arrive at Cassiobury park head for the  tennis courts and look out for the St Albans AC flag. Any questions don't  hesitate to email Deborah on deborah_steer@staac.org.uk.

We are changing the drop off and pick up point for the coach this Saturday 5th November. The coach will now be leaving from Batchwood Hall at 7.30
